Training Management Services
We also offer as an additional service, a CheckSafe Training Coordinator who works with your team on a regular basis to ensure the system is being utilised to its fullest and is being updated and maintained. Reviewing the competency matrix regularly, organising training events to address gaps in assessment, making sure all results and evidence documents are uploaded on a timely basis, and ensuring accurate ‘dashboard’ reporting for branch and management levels are some examples.

How easy is it to set up checksafe?
It's simple. The system has a number of standard import templates which can be downloaded, populated with your own company data and uploaded into the system. We will also provide one on one onboarding support to ensure that CheckSafe is working right for you.
How secure is checksafe?
CheckSafe is hosted on secured AWS cloud based servers. AWS is the leading global cloud services provider, and their hosting allows CheckSafe to run reliably and to be scalable to any number and size of clients. Each client benefits from being able to have their data hosted in their local region.
Every customer has their own instance of CheckSafe. You set up the users for your company and assign the different access levels.
Do I own the data in the system or does checksafe own it?
All the data in your CheckSafe platform remains the property of your company.
We use other systems. Can these be integrated with checksafe?
The short answer is yes. Subject on any limitations of your in-house systems CheckSafe
can operate with an API (Application Programming Interface) to talk to your systems. Any integration will require some development time, however, and will depend on the complexity of the integration.
Can I customise Checksafe?
This is one of the strengths of the system. All competencies, assessments and forms can be customised to the unique requirements of your business. As part of our 1 on 1 onboarding process we will ensure that CheckSafe meets your specific competency and compliance needs.
